17 years ago I called a local appliance repair company and asked if they were hiring. I was asked "do you have any experience" but I didn't. Two months later, I was being trained hands on by other technicians and was told I was going to go out on my own. Even though there were other trainees that had started before me, I was told "some people pick it up faster than others."

Now, 17 years later, I have decided to bring all the knowledge that I've gained over the years and decided to start my own business to help people put warm meals on the table, cold beverages in their fridges and clean clothes in their closet.

Starting off with basic models, I worked my way up to repairing high end and specialty appliances.
